Audrey at the Ada Covered Bridge

Today, Mommy and Daddy took the Aud on a picnic. We went to Blimpies and ordered sub sandwiches and, some potato chips. We took our lunch to a park in Ada that resides on the Grand River. The Ada Covered Bridge crosses that river, and we thought Audrey would enjoy it.

It's Bumbo time!

Here is a minute-log video of Audrey hanging out in her Bumbo. A Bumbo is a cool chair designed for babies to help with spinal development and uses the baby's weight to keep it securely in place

Audrey in her RainForest Bouncer

Here is a video of Audrey hanging out in her awesome RainForest Bouncer. Wow, I certainly wish that they made these for adults. Audrey is really learning how to play with objects - as witnessed here by her spinning the parrot around.

Audrey goes to a Whitecaps Baseball Game

Tonight, Mommy and Daddy took Audrey to her first sporting event. The Thurston family went to see the West Michigan Whitecaps take on the Great Lakes Loons.

We had awesome seats in the first row, directly behind home plate. Audrey enjoyed being outside, and even took a nap in the second inning while Mom and Dad dined on dollar hot dogs.

Return of the Swing

Audrey sure loves to swing. Her Rain Forest swing makes her feel quite content, and keeps her calm. Here is a video of her swinging, from side to side.

Audrey's Crib

Here is a video of Audrey hanging out in her crib. She is listening to her Detroit Tigers mobile; hoping that they can make it into the playoffs.

Boppy Time!

Aud has a little contraption that helps her sit up, and make it easy to eat. It's called a Boppy, and her parents think its quite handy. Here is a photo of Audrey relaxing in it.
