Whose John Deere is better?
Over Father's Day weekend, Audrey and Grandpa Keith showed off their new John Deere tractors to see who had the better rig. Grandpa Keith's may have horsepower, but Audrey's has a horn and can play music. Top that!!!

Hey, uh why did you wait a year to give me cake?
Newsflash: Cake tastes good. First time for me, but I am a bona fide fan of this cake stuff. Sugar? Yeah, it's delicious. I must admit that I was a bit sheepish when Mom and Dad put this weird UFO in front of me. However, I realized soon thereafter that this wasn't a Martian lander, but my prize for being a new One Year Old. Here are some snapshots of me tackling this mammoth cake.

Audrey's Reset Button
Yes, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under the age of 2 should not watch television. With that said, Audrey will have moments where, not even Mommy, can make her happy. The only thing that will soothe the savage Audrey: Pocoyo. He becomes Mommy & Daddy's best friend when Audrey is inconsolable.

Audrey in her Kitchen
On Saturday morning, Audrey was very playful. She played in her kitchen for almost 30 minutes with her Dad. Here is some video of her playing away. Yes, her Dad is responsible for putting her in the Nine Inch Nails t-shirt.

Lean, Mean, Crawling Machine
Last month, Audrey decided that she was tired of being moved around the house by Mommy and Daddy. The time was ripe for her to turn things on its head and start crawling.
Being carried around is now for suckers!
A few days ago, Audrey decided that the hamper was a new toy of hers. Mommy decided to let her play in it since she kept flipping it around the office. She was not happy and only lasted a few minutes. She made sure to let Mommy know of her displeasure.
The hamper is no longer a toy in Audrey's eyes.
Mommy won.

A Weekday with Aud
Once a week, Audrey gets a special visitor: Grandpa Keith. This helps out Mommy immensely with telecommuting and gives her a nice breather for a few hours. Audrey is a wonderful baby, but Mommy needs a break every once and a while.
Audrey looks forward to these visits. They play with Audrey's toys that includes her kitchen, exersaucer, ball bopper, and Daddy's foosball table. Soon enough, Audrey will be dusting Daddy's butt at foosball, all thanks to Grandpa Keith.
Now that the weather's getting better, Grandpa Keith and Audrey can spend time out
